Alexandra Bradford has an MA in Terrorism, Security and Society from Kings College London. Her main area of study focuses on homegrown Islamist extremism and female radicalisation. She is a co-author of Becoming Mulan? Female Western Migrants to Isis, Threat and Response, a report by the London-based Institute for Strategic Dialogue.

She has contributed to various online and printed publications including, The Huffington Post, The Jamestown Foundation, and The Columbian Newspaper. Her work has also been cited in The London Review of Books, The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, The Christian Science Monitor, and by the BBC.
