Adriano Amaral lives in Portugal and the Netherlands. He obtained an MFA in Sculpture from the Royal College of Art, London before starting a residency at De Ateliers, Amsterdam, in 2016. Recent solo exhibitions include Condo, Rodeo Gallery, London; Delirium Tremens, Grimm, New York; Rurais, Galeria Jaqueline Martins, São Paulo; Skinny Goat, Galeria Múrias Centeno, Lisbon; Alloy Alloy, Vleeshal, Middelburg and Alloy Alloy, Bielefelder Kunstverein, Bielefeld. In 2017 he was awarded the Mondriaan Fund Working Contribution for Proven Talent.
