A visit to Tweetakt, the annual arts festival for all ages at Fort Ruigenhoek, Groenekan, Utrecht. At 3.30 pm a tour will be given by artist Melle Smets whose refugee raft for children will form the basis for a survival station at Fort Ruigenhoek. (Kids welcome!)
