Between 1993 and 1998, initiated by Chris Dercon, Witte de With and Richter Verlag, Düsseldorf, published a series of in total seven Cahiers. With Cahiers Witte de With created an unique forum in which the different exhibitions, projects, lectures and discussions were presented and commented.
Every Cahier was designed by a different typographer. As a special project, all covers were designed by different artists, signing 100 copies as special edition.
