This book is the second part of the catalogue being published on the occasion of TRACER. It is a record in text and image of the results of this project. It documents how the six curators realized the proposals presented in TRACER 1, the first part of the catalogue.

Is the heart of Rotterdam’s art world beating in the right place and to the right rhythm TRACER is an exhibition project by TENT. in association with Witte de With to celebrate the five-year anniversary of TENT. For the exhibition TRACER, six people active on the international art scene were invited to temporarily turn the spotlight on contemporary art in Rotterdam and reveal the state of affairs. Andreas Broeckmann, Ritsaert ten Cate, Annie Fletcher, Thomas Michelon, Pelin Tan and waanja have responded to this in the form of exhibitions, symposia, music, film and video programs.
