Biography Andreas Zierhut (Germany, 1960) Andreas Zierhut has been living and working in Darmstadt (close to Frankfurt am Main) since 1985. He studied art photography, but is currently working as a photojournalist. In his artistic work he produces photographic art books which are characterized by their sociopolitical subject matter. Since 2002, Zierhut has accompanied Lukas Einsele on his travels to Afghanistan, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Cambodia. Andreas Zierhut was responsible for various photos that are on show in One Step Beyond.
