Peter Wächtler

Born 1979 in Hannover, Germany. Lives and works in Brussels, Belgium.

Selected solo exhibitions include Songbook, a collaboration with Andreas Wegner Kunstraum, München; Depression Glass, Goethe Nationalmuseum / Nietzsche Archiv, Weimar (both 2009); Omen, Aktualisierungsraum, Hamburg (2008); Concert – Look back in Anger, Galerie 35, Berlin (2007). Selected group exhibitions include Johannes Paul Raether: Anfang. Gut Alles Gut., Kunsthaus Bregenz (2011); Finishing off a Genre: Last of the Money Paintings, Studio of Brunnhuber and Vardag, Vienna; Pretty Ambitious, Corner College, Zürich; Isomopolis, Etablissement d’en Face, Brussels (all 2009); and Re-Education.
