Diana Thater is an artist living and working in Los Angeles. Her work has been shown in solo exhibitions at the Dorothy Goldeen Gallery (Santa Monica, 1991), Bliss House (Pasadena, 1992), 1301 (Santa Monica, 1993), David Zwirner (New York, 1993), Friesenwall 116a (Cologne, 1994), and in group exhibitions at the Fahey/Klein Gallery (Los Angeles, 1990), 1301 (Santa Monica, 1992), the Long Beach Museum of Art (1993, cat.), the American Center (Paris, 1994, cat, and the Deichtorhallen (Hamburg, 1994).
