Born 1964 in Haarlem, the Netherlands. Lives and works in Amsterdam.
Holleman studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, The Hague and Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten, Amsterdam. He now teaches at the Rietveld Academy, Amsterdam, and the Design Academy, Eindhoven.
