Yngve Holen studied at the Staatliche Hochschule für Bildende Künste, Städelschule, Frankfurt (2010)
and the Architecture, Die Angewandte, Vienna, Austria (2006). Recent Solo exhibitions: Johan Berggren Gallery, Malmö, Sweden (upcoming 2011);
Landings, Vestfossen, Norway (2010). Recent groups exhibtions are Let Us Compare Mythologies, Witte de With Center for Contemporary Art, Rotterdam (2010); The Smart Fridge, Kunstverein Medienturm, Graz (2010); Absolventen Austellung, Städelschule, Frankfurt (2010); Something Blue, Neue Alte Brücke, Frankfurt (2010); and 21st Century, Chisenhale, London (2010). Ynve Holen is also co editor of www.xym.no, a web-based project bringing you the longest short-term temporary and transient yet constant database of possibilities to download individual Portable Data Format (.pdf) Publications.
