“Founded in 1996 by Artemio, Octavio Serra and Rodrigo Azaola, the H. Committee of Requisitions for Humanity (HCRH) defines itself as an anti-cultural group devoted to anti-creation and anti-distribution of the arts in marginal or unconventional circles. The HCRH has made incursions into different disciplines with different collaborators, without any official backing, in the healthiest collaboration and clandestinity.” (Declaration by the members)
