Stefano Boeri

Biography Stefano Boeri (Milan, Italy, 1956)
Stefano Boeri received his Ph.D. in Venice in 1989. He is an architect, teaches Urban Design at the University of Venice, and is a Visiting Professor at the Berlage Institute in Rotterdam. Boeri was recently chosen to represent Italy in the New Trends of Architecture in Europe and Japan exhibition (Tokyo, Porto, Rotterdam, 2002). His studies have revolved around the problems connected with the representation of the contemporary urban condition. He is one of the co-founders of Multiplicity – a research agency on the urban condition.
