Sven Augustijnen

Born 1970 in Mechelen, Belgium. Lives and works in Brussels.

Selected solo exhibitions include Spectres, Wiels, Bruxelles (2011). Selected group exhibitions include A.B.C. – Art Belge Contemporain, Le Fresnoy, Tourcoing; and And the Moral of the Story is …, Witte de With, Rotterdam (both 2010); The State of Things, Bozar, Brussels; Report On Probability, Basel Kunsthalle, Basel; and A Story Of The Image, Shanghai Art Museum, Shanghai (all 2009). Sven Augustijnen was awarded with the Evens Prize for Visual Arts 2011.
