Biography Alaa Khaled and Salwa Rashad
Poet and writer Alaa Khaled, and artist and photographer Salwa Rashad are with poet Mohab Nasre (not a permanent member) the editors of Amkenah, a review devoted to the poetics of place through literature and cultural analysis. The first issue of Amkenah appeared in September 1999. Khaled and Rashad both live in Alexandria.
