Deball holds an MA in Fine Art from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (Mexico City) and completed a postgraduate program at the Jan Van Eyck Academie in Maastricht (NL). She has presented her work internationally at amongst others MoMA, New York; dOCUMENTA (13), Kassel; the Venice Biennale ; Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris; Institute of Contemporary Art, London; MACBA, Barcelona; de Appel arts centre, Amsterdam; Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Oaxaca, Oaxaca de Juárez; Kunsthalle Lissabon,; Hamburger Bahnhof, Berlin.
